Party Wall & Statutory Regulations
Any building works may be subject to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
We have detailed knowledge of the Act and its forerunner within Inner London, enabling us to provide sound professional advice. Our knowledge enables the preparation of requisite documentation for our Appointing Owners and the administration of the Act.
The late implementation of the prescribed procedures could delay the project, with subsequent contractual costs.
