Development Monitoring

We offer a complete monitoring service of all commercial and residential developments to Tenants, Purchasers and Financiers to ensure developments are completed to expectations and within any financial criteria, working in three primary areas:

  • Initial assessment of legal, contractual and insurance-related matters, together with programme and financial analysis, to highlight any possible problem at the outset.
  • Monitoring the quality of the construction and any matters raised in the initial assessment.
  • Final Report, ensuring on completion that the development is to standard and that all legal and financial matters are settled.
